Cytonic by Brandon Sanderson
This book felt clunky - it's main task was explaining key plot points and getting Spensa from A to B. It suffered from middle book syndrome. I appreciate important knowledge should be fought for, but I didn't emotionally engage with this book. I missed having memorable side characters who I misunderstood.
