Fear the Flames by Olivia Rose Darling
I’m getting sick of these over-the-top love stories that bear no resemblance to real life or love. I appreciate that there’s a market for “I’ll love you until the stars die” but… seriously?! The moral compass of the book is (purposefully) thrown out of the window, adding to the Disney “be who you are and don’t let anyone tell you what to do” an extra “torture your enemies”. I also thought I’d missed a chapter several times as scene changes weren’t managed well.
